When I buy something do I have to worry about customs and border clearance?

Stanpac takes care of all the customs paperwork. This service is included in the price of the products you purchase. No worries, we do this many times each day.

Questions about Dairy Packaging?

What is the minimum order?

Any combination of bottles, closures or packaging products totaling $300.00 or greater.

What is involved in printing bottles?

We provide a template (electronically or a hard copy) which gives you the print area available that you can place your artwork within. We have an art department that can assist you or you can provide the finished design by email, disc or uploaded to our FTP site.

How much do bottles cost?

Bottles range in price based on size and order quantity. Prices range from as low as $0.50 to $1.00 per bottle for truckloads of quarts or half gallons and up to $3.00 per bottle for quantities of 100 unprinted bottles.

How do I pay for bottles?

First time customers pay at the time the order is placed. Terms can be established on repeat orders subject to credit application approval.

How long does it take to get an order?

Once artwork for caps and bottles is approved, your order is scheduled for production. This process takes place generally within 4 weeks depending on the current order backlog.

Where do I find equipment?

Stanpac can provide capping equipment for your filling operation. There are a couple of styles available to fit your application. You should get in touch with us 10 to 12 weeks before you need to have your capper delivered. Contact us for more information. Filling, washing and processing equipment are available from a number of companies. We have experience with several including:

Where can I buy milk in glass bottles?

Questions about Ice Cream Packaging?

What is the minimum order?

The minimum print for 14 ounces to 64 ounce cups and lids is 10,000 units. The minimum print for 3 to 12 ounce cups and lids is 50,000 packages.

Do you have plain available?

Yes we do.

What is the lead time to get packaging?

For printed packaging, the lead time is generally 6 weeks from approved art. Plain packaging is generally in stock and can be shipped within a week.

How do I provide you with art work?

Artwork is generally supplied to us in an electronic format either on a disc or it can be uploaded to our FTP site. We can provide help with art creation or transfer to an electronic format if need be.

How are your paper lid skirts printed and formed?

Our paper lid skirts are flexo printed. The skirt is a slice (a ring) cut from a long tube that has been spiral wrapped with a
preprinted, foil or paper design.Check out this video to learn more about the process!

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is $300.00 and can be made up of several of our novelty products.

How do I pay for my order?

Orders are prepaid by check, Visa or Mastercard.

How long will it take for you to ship my order?

Stock products will generally ship within a week from date that payment is received and cleared. Custom printed products are generally shipped 4-6 weeks from the date that artwork is approved.

Questions about Bottle Decorating?

What is the minimum order?

While we have no minimum order for printing, quantities of one pallet or more tend to fall into a practical price range.

How much will it cost?

Price is determined by a number of parameters. these include; number of containers, number of colors, round or multi sided, registration requirements size and shape of the container, and the use of precious metals (gold and silver). The range can be from $0.20 up to $1.50 or higher depending on these items. By supplying us with your design we can provide a quotation right away. We can also provide design guidelines if you have a budget in mind.

Do you sell bottles?

We do not sell bottles. Most companies will have bottles shipped to us from their container supplier. There are a number of great distributors that our customers work with that will ship the bottles directly to us and then we print them and send them on to you.

How do I provide you with my artwork?
